Andrew Wilson- B.Comm, P.App., AACI

Andrew has been practicing in the commercial property appraisal business for over twenty five years and has vast experience in the appraisal of all types of real property including office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties. He also specializes in the valuation of gasoline stations, automotive dealerships, car wash facilities and self-storage developments. Andrew is a former Director of the Vancouver Chapter of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Andrew has acted as an arbitrator, and has been accepted as an expert witness before the Supreme Court of BC and at Arbitration Hearings.

Designations and Education:

• Awarded use of the professional designation P.App., AACI (Accredited Appraiser – Canadian Institute) by the Appraisal Institute of Canada (1996).

• Member of the British Columbia Expropriation Association.

• Completed a Bachelor of Commerce in South Africa (1990).
