Brett Garnett- P.App., AACI

Brett has over thirty years of appraisal experience in the British Columbia region. During this time Brett has served as a Board Director with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (2024-2026), as Past President of the Appraisal Institute of Canada – BC Association (2021-2022), and Chaired the Professional Practice Investigations Sub-Committee (2018-2021). Brett specializes in valuation and consulting services pertaining to expropriation proceedings and litigation support for both claimants and respondents. He is an active member of the BC Expropriation Association (BCEA), the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and is accepted as an expert witness before the Supreme Court of BC and at arbitration hearings.

Awarded use of the professional designation CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) by the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
