Brett Garnett- P.App., AACI

Brett has over thirty years of appraisal experience in the British Columbia region. He is a Board Director with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, Past President of the Appraisal Institute of Canada - BC Association (2021-2022), past chair of the Governance and Advocacy Committees of the BC Association (2019-2022) and past chair of the National Investigations Sub-Committee (2018-2021). Brett specializes in valuation and consulting services pertaining to expropriation proceedings and litigation support for both claimants and respondents. He is an active member of the BC Expropriation Association (BCEA), the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and is accepted as an expert witness before the Supreme Court of BC and at arbitration hearings.
