Shivay Goyal- B.Comm

Shivay Goyal joined Garnett Wilson Realty Advisors Ltd. in October 2024. He is currently involved in preparing appraisal reports, conducting market analysis, and carrying out appraisal research for a variety of commercial properties across Metro Vancouver. Prior to joining Garnett Wilson, he worked in the banking sector, gaining valuable financial and client service experience. He is actively pursuing coursework with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and working towards obtaining his AACI, P.App designation.
