Jake Jagpal- B.Comm.

Jake joined Garnett Wilson Realty Advisors Ltd. in September 2022. Jake is actively involved in the research and preparation of appraisal reports for a broad range of commercial properties in Metro Vancouver. As an AIC Candidate Member, and graduate of the UBC Sauder School of Business, Jake is currently working towards obtaining his P.App., AACI designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

Designations and Education:

• Completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Real Estate from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business
