Dylan Sidwell- BA (Econ.), P.App., AACI

Dylan began his career in the real estate industry at a boutique commercial brokerage firm where he assisted with sales, research and marketing. He joined Garnett Wilson Realty Advisors Ltd. in 2012 and has acquired extensive experience in the valuation of all types of commercial real estate including industrial, retail, office, multi-family and proposed development properties in Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley and other areas of BC.

Awarded use of the professional designation P.App., AACI (Accredited Appraiser – Canadian Institute) by the Appraisal Institute of Canada (2016).

Completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia.

Completed a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Calgary (2010).
