Thomas Abrahams- BA, MA, P.App., AACI

Thomas Abrahams brings over 10 years of professional experience in real estate valuation, with a practice spanning Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and surrounding regions.  He joined Garnett Wilson Realty Advisors Ltd. in 2015 and has since established a reputation for delivering thorough, well-supported appraisal reports across a diverse range of property types, including industrial, commercial, multi-family, and single-family residential assets.

His practice also encompasses complex assignments involving First Nations / leasehold valuations, automotive dealerships, environmentally sensitive lands, and partial interest valuations.  Thomas currently leads the Chilliwack office and plays an active role in the firm’s operations across southwestern British Columbia.

In addition to his appraisal work, Thomas serves on the Fraser Valley Appraisal Board, contributing to the advancement of professional standards and industry best practices within the region; and, on the Board of Directors for the Mt. Cheam Rotary Club.
