Madison Jones- B.Comm. (Hons), P.App., AACI

Madison is a real estate appraiser based in British Columbia, specializing in the valuation of industrial, commercial, and investment (IC&I) properties. Her practice focuses on litigation support and expert testimony services. 

She has developed a comprehensive appraisal practice, supporting a wide range of clients including legal professionals, public agencies, and private sector entities.

Madison holds the P.App., AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is a member of the British Columbia Expropriation Association. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business.
