Bob Herrior- BBA, P.App., AACI

Bob has extensive experience in the real estate industry including property management accounting, asset management and over fifteen years of appraisal experience. He specializes in income producing assets such as shopping centres, office buildings and industrial buildings. He also has experience in land valuation and commercial development properties. Bob’s client base includes major pension funds, private investors and financial institutions.

Designations and Education:

• Awarded the use of the professional designation P.App., AACI (Accredited Appraiser – Canadian Institute) by the Appraisal Institute of Canada (2013).

• Completed a Diploma in Urban Land Economics at the University of British Columbia.

• Completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) from Simon Fraser University.
